14.1 Digital Products and Services

• All digital products, services, and virtual items offered by Denny’s Mod Shop are non-refundable once delivered or made accessible.
  
• Services that have commenced but are not fully completed are not eligible for refunds; payments cover work already performed.
  

14.2 Service Discontinuation

If a service is discontinued or becomes unavailable, the value of any unfulfilled portion will be issued as store credit, which can be applied toward future purchases with Denny’s Mod Shop.

14.3 Billing Errors

14.4 Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

14.5 Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Products)

• Merchandise is custom-produced on demand after purchase; therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing errors, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
  
• Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns are not required.
  
• For multiple defective items with the same design, photos showing all affected products are required for verification.
  
• Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) on Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products are not considered defects.
  
• Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information or customer error may be eligible for reprints (additional charges may apply) or partial refunds.
  

14.6 No Chargebacks

By purchasing from Denny’s Mod Shop, you agree that chargebacks are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Attempting to circumvent this Refund Policy via chargebacks may result in permanent denial of service, removal from our Discord community, and possible legal action, as outlined in Section 14 – Chargebacks and Disputes.

14.7 How to Request Support

For certain services, Denny’s Mod Shop may require customers to complete identity verification through Stripe’s Identity checks. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our right to request and verify your identity using Stripe’s verification tools and processes. Failure to comply with identity verification requests may result in denial of services or termination of your account.
