By purchasing from Denny’s Mod Shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein, including the prohibition on chargebacks and other related policies.

Section 1 - Digital Products and Services

1.1 Non-Refundable Products

All digital products, services, and virtual items offered by Denny’s Mod Shop are non-refundable once delivered or made accessible to the customer.

1.2 Partially Completed Services

If a service has begun but is not fully completed, no refund will be issued for work already performed. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Important: Please ensure you review all product descriptions and system requirements before purchasing digital products.

Section 2 - Merchandise (Print-On-Demand Items)

Our merchandise is printed and fulfilled via a print-on-demand service. Because each item is custom-made upon order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

If your merchandise arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. No physical return is required.

We will offer either a replacement or store credit.

For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, a photo or video showing all affected items together may be requested for verification.

Minor print placement variations up to 0.5 inches are not considered defects.

Section 3 - Service Discontinuation

We strive to provide uninterrupted services to our customers. However, if a specific service is discontinued or if Denny’s Mod Shop ceases operations, refunds will be issued for any unfulfilled services or products. Our liability in such cases is limited to the refund of the amount paid for the remaining portion of the service or product.

Section 4 - Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error or overcharge, please notify us promptly. We will investigate the issue and, if a legitimate error is confirmed, we will issue a refund or credit to your original payment method.
